A colliery town's streets
Maltby grew up round the pit and the housing shows it: the long rows of the Model Village, the terraces off Muglet Lane and Grange Lane, semis on the estates, and the newer builds off Braithwell Road. What we pay, and why
The price on the quote comes from the car's actual weight, today's scrap metal rate and what is on it. It is the figure sent to the registered keeper's bank once the car is checked in at our yard (same day for collections before 3pm, next working day after that). There is no middleman, so nothing is taken off for a broker's margin, and nothing changes on the day unless the car is not what you told us.
Certificate from our own yard
Maltby cars go back to Mexborough to be depolluted and recycled at our own Authorised Treatment Facility. The Certificate of Destruction is issued from our own DVLA login the same week, and the DVLA is told you are no longer the keeper.
