Steep, stone, narrow

The car is depolluted and recycled on our own site in Mexborough — we are the Authorised Treatment Facility — and the Certificate of Destruction is issued from our own DVLA login, with the DVLA told you are no longer the keeper. Failed MOT? Will not start? Written off? Logbook gone? We still come.
